Weight loss was 2kgs, mainly from waist. I definitely felt lighter and I'd say I was more energetic eating like that. I was also less 'gassy'/bloated (which was surprising given how many chick peas I ate!) At the time, I didn't think that It helped my sinus' that much, however, after a few days of 'normal' eating I noticed that I was more 'stuffy' again and that my post nasal drip (which was still there during the detox) was more pronounced. I've tried a few different milks to replace dairy since and hated them all - I'm now onto coconut though which seems to be more palatable!
My goal was really to see the effect it had on my sinus issues and general well being. Weight loss was an added bonus.
The SMS messages and replies were great.
If I did it again I would be more organised with meals etc. Despite this it was pretty easy to throw together simple food.
