Based on Integrative Health Principles

Using the principles of integrative health, this program focuses specifically on your diet, exercise, stress, toxins, rest, emotional, balance, and success mindset. Yes, all of it.

More importantly, this program is rooted in my firm belief that you are not diseased, and that your ailments cannot be fixed with a brief consultation, or by taking a little pill.

Instead, I’ll take the time to listen to your story, recommend comprehensive labs, and develop a personalised wellness plan that will get you back to feeling the way you’ve always wanted to: balanced, energised, and ready to take on anything.

I will personally take you through a tailored wellness plan, recommending exercises, dietary adjustments, and natural supplements based on your unique body and lifestyle. It is a comprehensive program that follows the “DESTRESS” model focusing on these eight basic areas over the course of four months;

I am a firm believer in testing and not guessing!  

As an Integrative Health Practitioner I look at the whole body to help you uncover the underlying root cause to help rebalance the body. 

Through recommending functional medicine lab tests and by diving into your detailed health intake form.

Areas we look at and can help with are;

How it works…

Month 1

Complete preliminary labs and launch personalised onboarding. My goal is to get a firm understanding of where you’re at now and where you’d like to be in the future. Based on our initial 60-minute consultation via video or phone call, I will recommend baseline labs alongside a personalised detox, diet, and exercise regimen designed to make sure our program gets off on the right foot.

Month 2

Review lab results and kickoff tailored wellness plan. Based on your lab results and how you feel after the detox protocol, we’ll put together a personalised wellbeing plan including a nutrition and grocery shopping guide, a sample meal plan template, personalized detoxification protocols, supplement, and sleep protocols, stress reduction techniques, exercise recommendations, timelines, progress reports and email support. You will get access to the Members only portal during the program where you can access resources from external experts, tips, recipes and so much more.

Month 3

Check-in, track progress, and adjust. By month three, you’ll likely begin seeing massive improvements based on the recommended protocols. I will again follow up and take a look at your progress. How are you feeling? What’s working and what’s not? We’ll make all the necessary adjustments to ensure that you achieve a successful wellbeing reboot.

Hand off the torch! By month four, you will have likely found your groove. With your DESTRESS protocols firmly in place, we can develop a plan for continuing to live your best life long after The Wellbeing Reboot is complete.
